Muhammad Rizwan Khan, CFA

Founder and CEO of Alpha Hycon (Pvt) Ltd

Muhammad Rizwan Khan, CFA, is a leading expert in the real estate industry. He is a CFA Charterholder and a member of the CFA Society Pakistan as well as CFA Institute. Rizwan has completed the Real Estate Management Program at Harvard Business School in collaboration with the Harvard Graduate School of Design.

He has authored "Real Estate Development in Pakistan," a key textbook for the "Diploma in Strategic Real Estate Management" at IBA Centre for Executive Education (CEE), where he also leads the Real Estate Management Program. He has also served as the Chief Investment Officer of DHA Karachi. He is a member of the FPCCI Committee on Real Estate Planning and Research, and is on advisory panel of DHA City Karachi and Frontier Works Organization (FWO).

Azfer Naseem, CFA

Cofounder & Executive Director, Alpha Hycon (Pvt) Limited

Azfer Naseem, CFA is an entrepreneur with a deep-rooted passion for creating value through strategic real estate developments. With over sixteen years of experience in Real Estate, Equity Brokerage, Corporate Finance & Advisory, and Private Equity, Azfer co-founded Alpha Hycon in April 2023. As a company focused on developing luxurious and sophisticated properties for high-end clients, Alpha Hycon embodies Azfer’s vision of excellence and innovation in real estate.

In addition to his role at Alpha Hycon, Azfer has been the CEO of Alpha Capital, a leading corporate brokerage house, since January 2021, and co-founded Akseer Research in 2016, where he played a pivotal role in growing the company into a multi-national advisory and equity research firm. His entrepreneurial endeavors also include founding Mahar Farming and Akseer Technologies.
